SO YES THERE WAS AN OLD VERSION OF FORMS for USDA organic cost share INITIALLY SENT. THOSE were to help you get the info in place. 

Now here are the forms that you will need to use! I hear some folks used the old ones as that is what was available. That should be ok as long as you included current certificate copies and receipt copies. If not I will let you know when I hear from MDARD.

Good Morning Vicki –

We are all set to announce the organic cost share program.  I’ve attached the cover letter and application/instructions above for your convenience.  They are also available on our website (easiest way to find it is to search on “MDARD organic”) and we will be doing a hard copy mailing.  I have a press release making its way through the approval process and expect it to go out next week.
