Reinders Duit at the IPN in Kiel used to compile a bibliography from the literature, which he stopped in 2009.  You'll have to wade through it all to find the Geoscience items, though.

Here are the three most recent reviews - they cover some common literature, but not all:

Hi All –

I am familiar with lists of misconceptions in physics and life sciences, but has anyone done work on compiling misconceptions in geoscience or Earth & space science?

Cheers – Jennifer
