I am looking for a male roommate (grad students in msu preferred) to live in trappers cove apartment before July 15th.
About me, I am a 4th year phd student in msu, I am very easy going and take study very seriously.
The room I applied for is a 2 bed/1bath apartment on the 3rd floor with a very nice lake view (you are gonna love it). Facilities include dish washer, washer and dyer(in the room!), central air conditioning... The rent is 410 plus electric and internet, so I think totally 450 will do it. HEAT, water, trash and sewer and other utilities are all included in the rent! I have been doing the apartment hunt for quite a long time and I have been lived in many apartments around here, this apartment is so far the best one I could possibly find.
