I have a 2 Bedroom apartment available near Okemos. One of the two rooms is vacant and is paid for
until end of August.
It is ideal for people who are looking for a short lease such as visiting scholars and new students with
parents who are still looking for apartment for Fall.
The apartment has all the utilities (gas, internet, water, garbage etc) paid for until 31st August. The total
rent for the whole apartment is $1000 without utilities BUT I am ASKING FOR ONLY $400 for the same.
The apartment is well connected to Meijer-Okemos and the Campus by bus. It takes 15 mins to Meijer
and 20 mins to the campus by bus. I ride a bicycle to the campus (Engineering Building), so thats doable
too.
The apartment complex is very safe and has mostly families living around.
