restaurants；low rent rate as $550 per month, heating, air conditioner & water included, 1
free parking space. Because it is on the top floor, you do not need to worry about floor noise
issue.
To my knowledge, such an apt was gone really fast. I am moving out because I need to
move into my girlfriend's 2-bed apt. The apt will be available on August 15.
