The opportunity
We continue to invest in top quality research and teaching staff critical to
our future success. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated candidate to join
the Marketing Strategy and International Business (MSIB) Group of the School
of Management. We expect the post holder to contribute to research and
knowledge transfer within a highly research active and dynamic group and to
develop innovative and creative approaches to teaching.
The group and School have active relationships with business partners and
you will be encouraged to develop research with impact through knowledge
transfer and business engagement activities. We are especially interested in
applicants who could be active participants in the Bradford Centre in
International Business and Finance (BCIBF) and deliver high quality research
output in Strategic Management and/or International Business.
You should have the ability to teach effectively at both undergraduate and
postgraduate level and demonstrate a strong commitment to the development of
teaching and curriculum.
Candidates will be expected to have, or be near completing a PhD in
business, management, economics or a closely related field. All applicants
should be able to demonstrate the capacity to research and publish at an
international level, and to teach and supervise effectively across out main
undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
