The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, College of Business Administration,
Department of Management, invites applicants for a full time, academic,
tenure-track position in Business Policy & Strategy. Secondary interests:
Open. Further, candidates will be expected to teach management courses at
both the undergraduate and graduate (MBA)-levels. Rank will be Assistant or
Associate Professor, with competitive salary and benefits.

Candidates will also be responsible for engaging in scholarly activity
consistent with AACSB international accreditation and UW-L College of
Business Administration and Department of Management productivity
guidelines, and for providing service to the university and community.

The Department of Management supports initiatives in sustainable management
and is a signatory of the Global Compact (www.unglobalcompact.org) and the
Principles of Responsible Management Education (www.unprme.org). These
interest areas have long-term implications for curriculum and faculty
development. The Department also recognizes and values diversity in its
faculty, staff, and students. We seek a colleague with strong interpersonal
skills who will be a dedicated teacher and mentor for students that come
from a variety of backgrounds.
