THE LANSING ROOTS SUMMER CSA CSA, or Community Supported Agriculture, is a direct partnership between farmers and food lovers in the form of a weekly vegetable subscription. Subscribers of our CSA are true members of the farm who fill their kitchen each week with 10-13 different produce items of unbeatable quality.
Being a member of the Lansing Roots CSA has several advantages that extend way beyond the freshness, tastiness and healthiness of the produce. By becoming a member you will know also know where and who your food comes from and connect the farm through weekly e-newsletters and farm events.
The Lansing Roots Summer CSA provides 20 consecutive weeks of farm fresh produce. Each week’s share will feed a family of four or two ambitiousvegetarians. A swap box will be available at each pick up where you can trade in what you don’t like and grab what you do!
