We’ve had one posted on MySpartanCareer for a week with NO responses yet.  We are hearing this is happening all over campus, very few if any, tech students available.

 

 

 

 

I post on My Spartan Career.   We’ve had mixed success with this.  Originally, I was just posting the position and would get resumes that didn’t have any of the requirements we were interested in.  It looked like students were just applying to everything available.  We then started to require a cover letter.  While we get a much smaller number of applicants, they typically have the right skills and because they have had to do a little work to apply are more seriously interested in the position.  Here’s the link if you are interested:
