I think everyone is pretty much right. We use 2012, but the probelm is either the storage controller driver or the NIC driver missing. If you are booting from CD you (if enabled) can press F8 to bring up a command prompt. Use IPCONFIG and DISK PART and verify both are seen. To fix this issue you need to download both the x86 and x64 drivers from dell and inject them into the boot.wim file used for pxe and cd. If you boot from CD after injecting the drivers you will need to create new boot media. Hope this helps. If you need more help feel free to contact me directly. Timothy Good
