The Michigan State University Center for Regional Food Systems is pleased to announce the arrival of Karen Sturdivant to her new post as CRFS Managing Associate Director today. Karen will oversee CRFS operations, working closely with staff, affiliates, and partners, in this newly-created position. Prior to joining CRFS, Karen was special program administrator for the Fulton County, GA, government, and comes to the position with many years of experience in the public, nonprofit, and higher education sectors.
