I'm going to attend Collage of Human Medicine, Fee Road.
I'm about to arrive MSU on 25th. this month.
My monthly payment is around 1600$ and I cannot drive.
Where is the proper place to rent a room given my condition?
It seems most newbies would prefer Spartan Village?
