Hi, I've taken the test last July. The test is not great (as most standardized tests), but not impossible either. You are given a recorder, a booklet and some earphones. There are sections where you read a text and describe a figure. You are also given some questions and asked to give an answer. All of this is recorded, you don't interact with a person at all in the test and the time given to create each answer is quite short. I'd say there's no easy way to prepare for it, try to sleep well the day before and be relaxed during the exam. Good luck on your exam.
