"Rent: $320/mo. I am offering a summer sublease at Abbott Place for my room
in a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. There are 3 other female roommates who
are unsure about their summer plans as yet. The lease dates are May
3rd-August 4th. The apartment is fully furnished: living room furniture
(couch,dining table etc), bedroom furniture (bed and mattress) and
washer/dryer. Internet and cable (with HBO) is included in the rent.
Electric is additional which comes up to about $25-$30 per month.
