Food Gatherers has an opening for a Volunteer Coordinator. Below is a brief description of the job and the process to apply. Please share this with others!

The Volunteer Coordinator position will provide training and direct supervision of volunteers assigned to various tasks at our warehouse, garden and community kitchen. Individuals applying should be comfortable directing large groups in complex tasks, able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to provide excellent customer service. This position requires working some evenings and weekends, lifting up to 50lbs and will need to become ServSafe (food safety) certified within 6 months of hire. Preference will be given to applicants with volunteer coordination and/or foodservice experience. This is a full-time position.
