I have a couple of questions for you all.

1.       Do you have a formal desktop refresh policy for your college/unit, and if so what is it?

2.       How many of you have Windows XP systems in your environment, how many (as a percentage), and what is your mitigation plan given Microsoft’s decision to end support for Windows XP early next month?
