Hello! I am subleasing my apt at college towne from 2nd week of May to July
20th. The apt is a 2bed/2bath with one free parking spot and you will be sharing
with a male roommate, who is very nice, polite, and clean.
However, it's NOT furnished and it's a little bit far away from campus (bus route
#20 will take you about 20min to cata bus station). For these reasons, I reduce
the rent to $250 per month + electricity. I can buy a new inflatable bed and let
you use it. Rental period is negotiable. No pets!
