Sorry to bother those who are not interested. I would like to sublease one room in a two-bedroom and two-bathroom Apt at College Town from March 1st, 2014 to July 28th 2014. The lease of the apt will end at July 28th, 2014. If you are interested, you could renew the lease for the next year. The rental fee including cable and internet is $380 per month. The Apt includes dish washer, oven, burners, refrigerator, air conditioner, a single bed, and some furniture. It is located in one minute walking distance to the bus stop of route 20. A female Ph.D. student is currently living in another bedroom. Thus, only female is considered.
