Hi all, Happy new year and sorry to bother those who are not interested. One room of a 2-bedroom apartment in college towne is available to sublease from now to July.20 th (for girl only). The room is fully furnished, and the sublease fee is 325/mo including everything except electricity (you will need to share the electricity fee with your roommate). Your roommate will be a second year female PHD student who is quite, nice and easy-going. You could take bus route 20 directly to the campus.
