Hi,
I have one bedroom available for move-in in March. The lease ends in July
2015. The rent is 400 dollars including heating. You get your own bathroom.
All you have to pay in addition to the 400 dollar is internet and
electricity. The utility fee is about 30 dollars for two person. My
roommate is a clean and quite graduate student at MSU. The apartment is
close to the bus stop.
