This
workshop will be held Thursday the 12th and Friday the 13th
of June 2014 and will focus on the underlying micro foundations of social
networks and the implications of work in this area for strategy and
entrepreneurship research. The two main topics of discussion will include, but
not be limited to:

The underlying micro foundations of social networks

Motivational drivers of network formation

Underlying individual-level mechanisms of networks

Individual agency in networks

Implications for strategy and entrepreneurship of the micro
foundations of networks

networks

of individual-level network for firm-level strategy outcomes, in particular
