I am guessing you mean that you want to leave the CSSAMSU Email list
though you did not say so.   There are a lot of things you could
be wanting out of.

To leave the CSSAMSU Email list, do the following.

Use your Email account that is on the list.
Send an Email message to:

  [log in to unmask]

Do not put a subject on the message.
In the body of the message, put one line as follows:

  signoff cssamsu

You will then automatically be removed from the list.
If you want to leave a different, do the same thing, just
change the list name from 'cssamsu' to whatever is correct.
