FULL TIME MBA FACULTY IN LEADERSHIP

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Type of Job                     :      Full Time Faculty - Four Years Contract (Renewable).

Position Open                 :      Associate Professor

Academic Qualification :

·         PhD in LEADERSHIP or closely related discipline

·         A solid Academic background

·         A combination of teaching & other employment experience at the field of specialization.

Teaching Experience    :

·         Minimum of five (5) years teaching experience in MBA & BBA programs

·         A strong record and contribution of Research and Scholarly Activities

·         Experience of teaching in this area, designing class activities that induce

                                                participants to reflect upon and interpret their experiences in the light of theory,    

                                                concepts and prior research

·         Experience of writing for an Academic audience (such as a publications record)

Academic Skills            :

·         Experience of adapting unit materials to develop teaching resources to suit the     

                                                specific needs and interests of the students in the group

·         Demonstrated ability to develop rapport with students in a variety of learning contexts

·         Experience of working with diverse range of students

·         Demonstrate ability to work independently and as a part of a team
