Hi,

I have a room available in a 2 bedroom apartment, which is located in
Trappers Cove/College Towne area. Gas, water and other utilities are all
included. You only need to pay electricity (~15$/Person), plus internet.
Roommate is a very nice and neat person (male). I am offering a one-month
free rental. So the
price would be around 300$ for the subsequent months. If you are interested,
please contact me via email. The room is available right now, until the
summer. This is a very affordable and valuable place to live. The lease can
also be extended beyond the expiration date.
