2nd Caribbean Competitiveness Forum
“Beyond the Solutions: Competitiveness through Global Value Chains, Clustering and Innovation”
CCfC invites submissions of papers and presentations for its 2nd Caribbean Competitiveness Forum to be held at the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus, Jamaica from March 18 – 19, 2014.
This Forum will bring together participants from the public and private sectors, academia and non-governmental institutions. It will be a practical approach showcasing real regional success stories from which lessons and recommendations can emerge to support the growth of the wider sectors and by extension the countries of the Region.
Building on the foundation of the 1st Forum, the 2nd Caribbean Competitiveness Forum will focus on sharing case studies on regional clusters and value chains in four (4) sectors identified as important to most Caribbean countries. These are detailed in the table below.
