Dear Colleague:

This is a reminder that the University of Colorado Denver is hosting its 10th China faculty development program in international business, The Opportunities and Challenges Facing China. This program will be held January 5-15, 2014 in Hong Kong, Kunming, Chongqing, and Yichang (to visit the Three Gorges Dam). We invite you and other colleagues to apply.

This ten-day program examines developments evolving under China's current Five Year Plan and its focus on westward expansion, manufacturing to service, high value-added research and development, sustainability, clean energy and environmental protection, entrepreneurship, and quality of life. Participating faculty will enhance their knowledge of conducting business in China, develop expertise to internationalize courses and add more global business content to their curricula, network with other faculty interested in international business and in China, and explore research opportunities.
