Workshop on International Business The Marine and Land Silk Road Areas March 29, 2014, Chicago Illinois, USA Sponsored by Center for International Business Quinlan School of Business Loyola University Chicago Call for Papers The Center for International Business (CIB) is soliciting interdisciplinary papers, abstracts, and panel-proposals for research on issues related to international business in the marine and land Silk Road routes and countries. A one-day workshop will be held at the Water Tower Campus of Loyola University Chicago. The workshop will be comprised of panels and invited and contributed papers. The workshop will address historical and present aspects of international business on these routes from the viewpoints of various academic business disciplines. The aim of the workshop is to assemble scholars and practitioners to present ideas, past experiences, best-practices, and new advances in policies, business initiatives, and theory.
