NAG, For those of you maintaining email services; Do you scan email originating from @msu.edu for spam? We've whitelisted 35.9.75.0/24 for several years now. However, many of our users who forward from @msu.edu to our servers are complaining about a recent (beginning less than two weeks ago) and significant increase in spam. While @msu.edu admins have been very responsive to my feedback (and I've enjoyed working with them), complaints keep rolling in. This is forcing us to reconsider our position.
