Start: 07/25/2013 4:00 AM End: 07/25/2013 7:00 AM Next Update: 07/25/2013 8:00 AM Service: TELEPHONE-PBX Type: Scheduled Maintenance Title: PBX Maintenance Status: Open Comments: On Thursday, July 25th 2013 IT Services will upgrade the Ethernet switching equipment supporting the Avaya Campus PBX between the hours of 4am to 7am. This will cause short outages during the maintenance window that should last no more than 15 minutes. During this time users may experience difficulty placing or receiving phone calls. Voicemail and telecommuter features (EC-500, One-X Agent, One-X Communicator) will not be effected during this outage. The following buildings will be effected by this maintenance: - Akers Hall - Bio-Physical Sciences - Clinical Center Complex - Conrad Hall - Fee Hall - Food Safety and Toxicology - Holmes Hall - Hubbard - DCL / Law - Life Sciences - McDonel Hall - Natural Resources - Radiology - EARL - Vet Med - Wharton Center ***********
