Upon request, I am updating this ad to sublease my room and look for a roommate for my current roommate, who is a male phd student. The lease starts from July 21th and lasts for one year. The move in time can be flexible.
The apartment is two-bedroom with independent bathrooms. It is very spacious, over 900 square feet, almost the biggest place you can find at the same price.
You are gonna have the master bedroom (the bigger one) which has a walk in closet and a bathroom of your own. The kitchen is updated and spacious.
The price will be $419 per month with heat, trash, water, Internet and cable included. I can also leave all my furnitures to you if you like(a queen sized bed, a desk, a bookshelf, a fan etc.) or give you some cash back.
The apartment is located in College Towne Apartment. Many phd students choose this place to live because of its clean and quiet environment and a very nice neighborhood too. It's about 10 minutes' drive from campus by highway and 12 minutes' drive by local road. No.20 bus can also take you right to the International Center (where it is a very convenient walking distance to any of the main buildings on campus). The community has two swimming pools, a 24hour gym, sauna and tanning rooms.
My current roommate is a clean and quiet guy who takes his study and research very seriously. He is very easy going and extremely warm hearted, always willing to help others even strangers. Moreover, he cooks very nice dishes and is an expert in everything.
