$300 including all fees. You will have another two quiet female roommates and
your own bathroom. Rout 26 can take you to the campus, it is frequent during the
summer. Rout 24 can take you to Meijir and Kroger. There are gyms and swimming
pool in the community also. Very good place to live for a student. You do not
need to buy any furniture. Only clean female.
