EURAM, June 10, 2013 | ||||||||||
Dear EURAM
members and friends,
It
is our pleasure to announce the celebration of EURAM 2014 in Valencia
(Spain). The conference will take place between the 4th and the
7th of June 2014, and it will address the theme: Waves and
Winds of Strategic Leadership for Sustainable
Competitiveness. You can find more
information about the conference in the webiste: www.euram2014.org
We
envision EURAM 2014 as a very participative conference, which will be
built by the contribution and collaboration of all its participants. We
are pleased to invite you to collaborate in building the programme by
proposing topics for discussion, symposia or development working groups
(DWGs) for the 14th EURAM Annual Conference.
Topics are considered relevant research questions,
themes, issues, problems or aspects to be included in the programme of the
conference as those composing the parallel sessions of the different
Strategic Interest Groups [SIGs] of EURAM.
Symposia are discrete sessions around a specific
topic or problem that:
a) engages a group of panellists in a formal
interactive discussion,
b) encourages lively discussion, presentation of
alternative views,
c) attracts the interest of a sufficient number of
scholars,
d) engages with issues that cut across existing
SIGs, and
e) can be accomplished in a 90min
window.
DWG are opportunities to experiment with new
session formats and ideas that might not fit easily within the confines of
the regular conference program. Sessions will last from 2 to 4 hours and
will take place during the preconference or post-conference activities.
Some examples may be roundtable discussions, brainstorming sessions;
methodological workshops, technology demonstrations…, addressing topics
like, for example, new theoretical developments, connections between
theory and practice, cutting edge methods, or research projects
definition, just to name a few.
Proposals are to be submitted to [log in to unmask]. Please click here
