We
would like to remind you that the deadline for taking part in
the “1st Pavia Paper
Development Workshop (PPDW)” in International Business is
approaching. The Workshop will
be held in Pavia,
26th September 2013 organised by the Department of Economics and
Management of the University of Pavia (Italy).
The
aim of the workshop is to provide young researchers in
international business (IB) who seek to publish in leading
international journals an opportunity to discuss their papers
with a distinguished international faculty who will give
constructive feedback so as to enhance the likelihood of their
publication.
The
faculty for the PPDW includes the following IB scholars:

Audience: The workshop is open to all scholars who seek to
publish in the field of international business, with preference
given to young researchers. Attendance at the workshop is
welcome and open to anyone interested in the field of IB as
audience. There is no fee for the workshop, but participants are
required to meet their own travel and accommodation costs.
Format: The workshop will be held on
Thursday 26th September. Each scholar will present their paper,
followed by comments and feedback from the primary discussant,
and from other members of the faculty panel. Given time
constraints, there will be no open discussion with the audience.
Selection
process:
Applicants are asked to send by 10th June 2013 to the

three-page abstract of the paper and a brief CV.
