This directory offers farmers for FREE to list their farm market, upicks, CSAs market stands and other field to fork opportunities for us consumers. This directory will be sold as a paper guide, available at our WEB site and part of the Membership package for MOFFA members. This is an update from the 2008 (really? Wow) guide. Submit your info for the 2013 edition. We already have over 50 Michigan farms who are certified organic, practice organic systems or identify as sustainable. This will be indicated on the entry. [http://gallery.mailchimp.com/b37b9145bf2061d9456aab6f7/images/MOFFAlogo200px.gif] MOFFA's Guide to Michigan’s Organic and Ecologically Sustainable Growers and Farms Greetings from Michigan Organic Food and Farm Alliance, MOFFA is in the process of preparing its Guide to Michigan’s Organic and Ecologically Sustainable Growers and Farms — and it’s not too late to make sure that your farm is included. We plan to publish the guide as a hardcopy edition as well as online at MOFFA’s website, www.moffa.net<http://moffa.us4.list-manage1.com/track/click?u=b37b9145bf2061d9456aab6f7&id=f40c806d34&e=05b0d7f17b>. The 2013 edition will focus solely on growers. In future editions we will add other resources — farmers’ markets, restaurants, retail outlets, distributors, suppliers, etc. While organic certification is not a steadfast requirement, we intend that all farms listed follow organic and sustainable growing practices. To be included in the guide, you will need to submit a Grower Information Form.
