I have one flat for summer sublease. It is at club at Chandlercrossings.
The flat has four bedrooms with two bathrooms. Currently there are two
girls and one boy living in that flat. They are very nice and they are all
graduate students.
The rental fee is 300 per month, including everything but electric and gas
(usually during summer time the fee for electric and gas, in total, is
around 15-20 per month). The utilities include furnished kitchen, living
room, bedroom and bathroom, walk-in laundry and free parking, free in-door
swimming poor and gym, computer lab and lounge with huge screen TV. The
flat is on the third floor and it's quiet.
The lease period is from May 1st to August 9th.
