Dominican University’s Brennan School of Business currently has a position open for a unique individual: Some who is AASCB qualified in management AND who is interested in teaching International/Global Business at the undergraduate and graduate level.

The successful candidate will be required to teach graduate and undergraduate courses in management, organizational behavior, organizational analysis and design, and strategy. Additionally, interests and/or experiences in teaching global business/management, preparing students for global citizenship, and engaging students in service learning help distinguish a successful candidate.



Successful candidates for the position will also be required to work with faculty members and students to further the mission of Dominican University and its Sinsinawan heritage, which emphasizes commitment to equity and social justice.



Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Management or a related field from an AACSB accredited program. ABDs who will earn their terminal degree before August 2013 will also be considered. Evidence of undergraduate and graduate teaching excellence and of research interest and potential consistent with AACSB accreditation is important. An enthusiasm for student advising along with interests in curriculum development and innovative student learning strategies, which may include experiences with hybrid learning formats, are also important.
