Dear all (apologies for cross-posting),

Our school is running the 2nd International PhD competition again this year.

The aim of the competition is to bring students from around the world together to participate in three days of discussion around the topic of ‘management challenges facing the world and how to deal with them’. Entrants will be required to submit a 1,000 word essay on this topic which must be in the context of their PhD research.

The School of Management at the University of South Australia will bring the 15 selected PhD students to Adelaide to participate in a roundtable discussion about their topics. The discussion will be supported by meetings with business leaders, government officials, leading academics from the University of South Australia, and PhD students from the School’s research concentrations. Students will also be given the opportunity to present their essay. Closing date for application is 19 July 2013.

More details can be found in the following website: http://www.unisa.edu.au/Business/Management/International-PhD-Student-Competition/

Please feel free to distribute this emails to any PhD student that you believe may be interested in this event.

Kind regards,
Anthony
