For example, students who have had or are experiencing challenges with going through the college admission process, finding the right college, or paying for it all? If so, we need your help! The Institute for Higher Education Policy (IHEP) is creating a documentary film titled "Redefining Access for the 21st Century Student." This film seeks to tell the real life story of individuals-their lives, their challenges, and their triumphs-in order to maintain focus on the critical barriers that remain for far too many students in gaining access to an affordable, quality college education that will improve their life chances. If we are to meet our nation's college attainment goals, ensuring access to and success in higher education for diverse populations is more important than ever. As part of our research, we would like to talk to students about some of the barriers to access they have faced. From this group of students, we plan to select four individuals to highlight in the film.
