Subject: Announcement: International Research Fellowship @ CEIBS in Shanghai

Dear colleagues,

I am pleased to announce the following opportunity for young scholars:

The Research Center for Emerging Market Studies (RCEMS) at the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) is seeking to appoint one International Research Fellows in 2013. CEIBS is a leading China-based international business school, with MBA, EMBA and Executive Education programmes ranked in the Top 30 globally by the Financial Times. CEIBS has campuses in Shanghai and Beijing, and operations in Shenzhen and Accra, Ghana. CEIBS is fully accredited by both EQUIS and AACSB.

RCEMS is a newly formed research centre that conducts and facilitates scholarly research on international aspects of business strategies in emerging markets. Specifically, scholars at the center are researching issues within the following broad research questions: 1. How do large and small firms from industrialized economies enter, compete and grow within emerging economies? 2. How do local firms compete, cooperate, and catch-up with foreign companies operating in their economy? 3. How do firms from emerging economies enter and compete in international markets via subcontracting, exporting or direct investment?

The International Research Fellow position is exclusively for a Ph.D. graduate who has been (or will be) awarded his/her degree between May 2007 and August 2013. Eligible candidates may have previously held an assistant professor or postdoctoral position. The position is purely for research with no requirements for teaching or school service.

Further details of the announcement are available at: http://www.ceibs.edu/faculty/researchpositions/106173_3.shtml
