Timeframe/Deadlines
Responses to the call for chapters (with prov. abstract): by 15 April 2014
Confirmations between editors and potential authors: 15 May 2013
Chapters drafts- submission deadline: 30 November 2013

7500 words per chapter, including figures, illustrations, tables, notes and references (allowing 500 words
for each figure or illustration and 300 words for each table included)
