Completing College: What it takes, What's at stake?
Registration is now open for Michigan’s state-wide student retention conference hosted by Oakland University on March 14 and 15, 2013 at the CenterPoint Marriott in Auburn Hills. Faculty, staff, administrators and students are all invited to join their counterparts from across Michigan to explore and examine practices for improving student persistence and retention in our educational institutions.
The conference features a keynote presentation by retention scholar Vincent Tinto along with a variety of panel and individual presentations that focus on research, programs, and services shown to improve student completion rates.
Early registration rates (by February 15) are $125 for individuals or $100 per person for teams of three or more. Student registration is $50. Space is limited.
