I presume you mean the CSSAMSU Email list.
You remove yourself from the list by doing the following.
Use your account that is on the list.
Send an Email message to:
[log in to unmask]
Do not put a subject on the message.
In the body of the message, pout one line as follows.
signoff cssamsu
You will then automatically be removed from the list.
