Lecturer in International Business for 2013-14 academic year

Estimated salary is $5500 - $6000 per section taught.

This position is open until filled.

The University of Michigan-Flint School of Management anticipates the need for a part-time Lecturer in International Business to teach one or two sections of International Business and International Management courses per term during the 2013-14 academic year. The preferred candidate would have extensive professional experience in International Business. A history of teaching excellence is desirable.

Note: This position is subject to the terms and conditions of a collective bargaining agreement between the University of Michigan and the Lecturers' Employee Organization (LEO) AFT/MFT and SRP Local 6244, AFL-CIO. Qualifications:
Prospective candidates should minimally possess a graduate degree in a relevant discipline. Substantial professional experience is preferred. Relevant teaching experience is desirable. Strong communication skills are needed. Preference will be given to those with extensive professional experience in International Business and to those demonstrating a history of teaching excellence in this discipline.
