Subject: Looking for a comprehensive business case

Dear Colleagues,

We are looking for a comprehensive business case to be used in a (pre-experience) graduate class on International Management.  The case should illustrate the challenges of a multinational corporation without having too many simplifications.  Specifically, the case might touch topic areas as diverse as multinational firms, organisation, culture, HRM, M&A, supply and demand, firm- or industry-specific trends and patterns etc.

Ideally, the case has a level of complexity similar to the "Nestlé in 2008" case.

If you know any cases that meet the above criteria and you think might be appropriate, please contact us via e-mail ([log in to unmask]). We will share the suggestions with the list afterwards.

Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Apologies for any cross-postings.

Best regards,

Winfried Ruigrok
