Dear Colleagues,

The Institute for Global Organizational Effectiveness (IGOE) in the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University is actively recruiting qualified doctoral students for Fall 2013. IGOE is particularly interested in students with Latino/a heritage or connections to Latin America (e.g., having worked or lived there, having an interest in issues related to Latin America, knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese, etc.). The criteria are very broad and a particular ethnicity is NOT a requirement. Students accepted into the doctoral program and sponsored by IGOE receive a full tuition waiver, a stipend of at least $25,000/year for five years, funding for research and for attending conferences (e.g., AOM, SIOP), and are required to teach only two sections of an undergraduate course over the 5-year program. Also, they will join a research team that has produced about 20 journal articles since IGOE’s inception less than 3 years ago. We are particularly interested in students who wish to major in the areas of organizational behavior, human resource management, and/or organizational research methods.

Information on IGOE is available at http://www.kelley.iu.edu/igoe/ and information on Kelley’s doctoral program is available at http://www.kelley.iu.edu/Management/Doctoral/page14579.html. Please forward this note to any interested students and also tell them to feel free to contact me directly with any questions they may have.

All the best,

--Herman.
