Food Preservation (Part 1): Solar Dehydrator, Cider Press, and Kombucha Culture

Come learn the basics of the "Beer Can" solar collector. Help build one that we can donate to someone in the community! While we're at it, there will be Cider to press and Kombucha SCOBYs to culture! Help us kick off our Autumn Workshop Series Next Saturday at "The Shire" of Meridian Township, currently home to Potential Energy Holistic Design! Bring a mason jar for your kombucha, and you will not leave empty handed!
