Dear all,

 

I am currently teaching an undergraduate Recruitment & Selection course and will be teaching it again in Spring 2013. I have been asked to update the course, including finding a suitable textbook (or e-book, if possible). I am currently using Staffing Organizations by Heneman, et al. for my graduate course on the same topic, but find it to be a bit heavy-going for the undergrad class (which is at the sophomore level).

 

I would appreciate any suggestions of texts you have used for this kind of course at the undergraduate level. If you respond to me personally, I will compile all of the answers and will share those with the list in one email. Thank you in advance!
