Dear AIB Members,

Editors: Justin Paul, Associate Professor ([log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>) and Dr Jane Menzies ([log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>), Lecturer of International Business, Deakin University, Australia.
We are working with a leading US based publishing company to publish a research based book on BUSINESS IN ASIA and we would like to seek your contributions (about 6000 words per chapter). Recently, a lot of research has been devoted to the analysis of emerging opportunities in Asian markets/economies. The Asian region offers an exciting and high growth opportunity for businesses, coupled with the fact that economic turmoil is currently being experienced in the European and US markets. This book provides an overview and different perspective on doing business in Asia. This book also takes a reverse focus by critically analysing the internationalization of Asian firms.
The book consists of three parts. The first part will serve as an introduction and will present the necessary background information pertaining to regime change and the peculiarities of transition in Asian countries. The second part will contain in-depth country or region studies. And the third part will provide insights on internationalization of firms from Asia. We seek insightful chapters on the internationalization of firms from Asia.
The book is targeted to managers, educators, policy makers and students in International Business, International Management, and Public Administration programs, NGOs, international organizations, and general public who are interested in Business in Asia.

If you are interested in contributing a chapter to this book, please provide us with the information requested below, via email by the 5th November, 2012. Thank you.
