The University of Texas of the Permian Basin School of Business seeks applications for tenure-track Assistant Professor in Marketing.  U. T. Permian Basin is a component institution of The University of Texas System.  It is a regional comprehensive institution serving the Midland-Odessa metropolitan area and 17 surrounding counties which have a population of approximately 350,000.  Bachelors and masters degrees are awarded in more than 35 fields.  The University enrolls approximately 4000 students.  More information about the school may be found at



Applicants are expected to teach in the undergraduate/graduate program face to face and via distance learning / on- line courses.  Successful candidate(s) should demonstrate excellence or potential for excellence in teaching, research/publications, and service.
