Applicants should have a higher Degree relevant to their research/teaching
area (usually PhD) or equivalent qualifications, extensive research/teaching
experience and scholarship within the subject specialism, a proven ability to
devise, advise on and manage learning/research and skills in managing,
motivating and mentoring others successfully at all levels. At Senior Lecturer
level candidates must demonstrate an excellent national reputation and a
developing international profile in research, an excellent teaching profile in
terms of both quality and impact and should be able to demonstrate significant
achievement in management and administration-related activities.
Salary for Lecturer from £37,012 to £49,689 a year
Salary for Senior Lecturer from £45,486 to £68,725 a year
